CEUTA, Spain – Moroccan families are camping outside the Tarajal border post on the Moroccan side of the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, searching for relatives who disappeared during last month’s mass migration wave.
Many of the families have no official information about their loved ones, so they wait at the crossing point, hoping for news. Spain has opened a special office dedicated to missing persons in response to the situation.
The families say they will remain until they receive answers about those who left and never returned.
