A dispute has emerged over the performance of Starlink satellite internet in Ukraine. US Senator Marco Rubio says the service has been fixed. Ukrainian officials disagree, saying the connection still fails at speeds above 161 km/h (100 mph).
The two sides do not even agree on which service was capped.
