European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen accused Moscow on Tuesday of failing to respect an energy ceasefire deal, saying Russia did not honor the agreement "for a single minute."
Von der Leyen called for more pressure on Russia in response to the alleged violations. She did not specify what measures she was seeking.
The energy ceasefire refers to an agreement meant to halt attacks on energy infrastructure.
