Trump is 'openly financing' Russia's war, Nobel laureate says

Nobel Peace laureate Oleksandra Matviichuk says Donald Trump is "openly financing" Russia's war in Ukraine. Speaking to FRANCE 24's Mark Owen, she pointed to Trump's diesel-supply deal with Moscow. She said the deal, and the lifting of sanctions, gives Russia more ways to earn money. That extra money, she added, "will be converted in rockets and drones and additional deaths among the civilian population." Matviichuk is the director of the Centre for Civil Liberties.
