Iran has offered to reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days and restart nuclear talks, according to remarks reported Friday. The offer came as the Houthis launched a new wave of missile and drone attacks on Saudi targets Friday morning. The Strait of Hormuz is a narrow waterway through which about one-fifth of the world's oil passes.
