Latvia's security service has opened a terrorism investigation and jailed one suspect after a pro-Kremlin group threatened defense companies in Latvia, Poland, and Portugal. The group warned it would "shut down" these firms unless they stop arming Ukraine. It set a deadline of 7 October.
