Russia's New Missile Threat: Inaccurate Weapons Endanger Ukrainian Cities

Russia is increasingly using RM48U missiles to attack Ukraine. These missiles were originally designed as training targets for air defense. The RM48U has a large margin of error. It can miss its intended target by hundreds of meters. When fired at Ukrainian cities, this inaccuracy is especially dangerous. The missiles can strike civilian areas far from any military target.
