Russia is struggling to recruit soldiers for its war in Ukraine, and the pressure is mounting on President Vladimir Putin. According to military expert Johan Huovinen, the Kremlin may have to order a new mobilization before the end of the year.
“It is very unpopular,” Huovinen said.
