Egypt's Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty spoke by phone with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi to discuss the latest developments in the region and efforts to reduce tensions, Egypt's Foreign Ministry said.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nader Zaki said the two ministers exchanged views on recent regional events and expressed concern over the situation.
