A Sophiatown voter, Joanna Moleko, has cast her ballot for Pieter Groenewald and the Freedom Front Plus, citing daily water cuts, uncollected rubbish, and urban decay as her reasons. Frustrated by the lack of basic services, Moleko says she is seeking order and hopes the party can deliver it.
