Ukraine offers drone expertise in exchange for air defense

Ukraine is offering its battlefield-tested drone knowledge to other countries in return for the air defense systems it still cannot produce itself. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made the offer to Japan, seeking air-defense technology while proposing Ukraine's drones as payment. He is also courting Chile as part of a push to expand Ukraine's partnerships in Latin America. The shift marks a change for Kyiv.
