Ex-Nuclear Sub Commander, Ukrainian Fund Team Up to Defend Odesa With Drone Swarms
A former US nuclear submarine commander has joined a Ukrainian fund to help protect Odesa with drone swarms. The project aims to shield the Black Sea port city from Russian attacks using large numbers of low-cost drones. Ukraine cannot yet fully export its weapons. But its battle-tested technology is in such high demand that two Ukrainian players in the drone sector recently traveled to Denmark.
