Ukraine’s $9,900 drone ferries attack drones deep behind Russian lines
Ukraine has introduced a new drone that carries smaller attack drones deep behind Russian lines and releases them there. The drone, called KARA, is listed for sale on Ukraine's state marketplace at about $9,900. It performs four jobs: dropping bombs, relaying signals, ferrying FPV drones to the front, and striking targets. FPV drones are small, first-person-view aircraft steered by an operator wearing video goggles. By carrying FPV drones far into enemy territory, KARA extends their reach beyond the front line.
