Morocco votes amid migrant crisis, economic fears

Moroccans are voting Wednesday to elect a new parliament. The election is dominated by economic concerns. In the summer, a mass migration surge to Ceuta, a Spanish enclave, raised fears about youth unemployment and the cost of living. Nearly 16 million Moroccans have registered to vote. They will choose 395 members of the House of Representatives.
