Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will speak at the UN General Assembly as a voice for those "awaiting justice," his communications director said.
Burhanettin Duran said Erdogan will represent "the oppressed, those whose voices go unheard, and those awaiting justice."
The president is expected to address global issues during the assembly.
