Iran and Oman have agreed on new entry and exit routes for ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz, Tehran announced on Saturday.
The Strait of Hormuz is a narrow waterway between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman. It is one of the world's most important oil shipping routes.
