Ukraine strikes deep into Russian Arctic, 3,000 km from border

Ukrainian special forces have attacked targets in the Russian Arctic, about 3,000 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
The strike comes at a time when Russia faces a shortage of air defenses.
"This is a way for Ukraine to show that it can," said military expert Jörgen Elfving.
