Saadet Party Chairman Mahmut Arıkan criticized security measures in Ankara ahead of the NATO Summit. Speaking about preparations for the event, he said, "We want to ask the government: 'You have traveled to the US many times. How many parks were closed when you went? How many people were arrested days in advance?' Let us tell you: 'Zero.'"
