Lebanon's Health Ministry reports that Israeli military actions have killed more than 825 people in the country since March 2.
The ministry also states that over 2,000 individuals have been injured in the attacks. It did not specify how many of the casualties were combatants or civilians.
The period since early March has seen intense cross-border fighting between Israeli forces and the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah. This followed the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza on October 7.
The updated casualty figures were provided by the ministry in a statement this week. The conflict marks the most serious violence at the Israel-Lebanon border since a full-scale war in 2006.
