Russia Thanks Türkiye for Ukraine Peace Efforts, Says Kremlin

The Kremlin has expressed its gratitude to Türkiye for its attempts to help end the war in Ukraine. Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Moscow is "grateful" for Ankara's mediation efforts. Peskov also confirmed that Russia is prepared to continue negotiations. He said Moscow is "ready to provide all the conditions for continuing the negotiation process." Türkiye has positioned itself as a neutral party, maintaining ties with both Russia and Ukraine. It has previously hosted talks between the two countries and helped broker a key grain export deal.
