Wingtech Accuses Dutch Chipmaker Nexperia of Ignoring Talks

Wingtech Technology, the Chinese owner of chipmaker Nexperia, says its calls for communication have gone unanswered. The company expressed frustration that Nexperia's Dutch headquarters has not provided a meaningful reply. In a statement released on Sunday, Wingtech described the situation as "deeply regrettable and puzzling." The company said it approached Nexperia with "utmost sincerity" but received no substantive response. Wingtech did not share specific details about its proposal. However, the Shanghai-listed firm publicly urged Nexperia's management to present a plan for dialogue. The Dutch side has not yet commented on the allegations.
