Syria has received the second and final shipment of a Saudi oil grant. The delivery of one million barrels of crude oil completes the aid package.
This final batch brings the total amount of oil delivered to 1.65 million barrels. Syria's Minister of Energy, Mohammad al-Bashir, announced the arrival.
Minister al-Bashir expressed his "deepest thanks and gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." He extended his appreciation to the country's leadership, government, and people.
