China's superstar Eileen Gu has won the women's ski halfpipe gold medal at the Winter Olympics. Her teammate, Li Fanghui, took the silver.
Great Britain's Zoe Atkin claimed the bronze. This matches the bronze medal her sister, Izzy Atkin, won in the same event in 2018. It is also Great Britain's fifth medal of these Games, a new national record.
Atkin qualified for the final in first place and led after the initial run. In the final, the athlete's single best score from three runs determines the winner. Gu's dominant performance secured her first gold medal of the 2026 Olympics.
