Former President Donald Trump has engaged golf icon Jack Nicklaus to lead a redesign of the course at Joint Base Andrews. This course has a long presidential history.
President Gerald R. Ford first played golf at the base in 1974. More recently, the course became a favorite of former President Barack Obama.
The project aims to modernize the facility. The new design will serve both military members and presidential use.
