A new study reveals that happiness in the United States is falling at one of the fastest rates among developed nations. The nonprofit organization Common Good gave the U.S. a grade of D+ in its yearly "America's Report Card" assessment.
This decline is reflected in global rankings. In 2011, the World Happiness Report listed the U.S. as the 11th happiest country. It has now dropped to 24th place.
Patricia Duff, the founder of Common Good, discussed these findings on "The Daily Report" this Wednesday. The group describes itself as a pro-democracy organization.
