Naveed Akram appeared in a Sydney court by video link from prison. The 34-year-old faces charges for an alleged stabbing at a rabbi’s home in December.
During the hearing, a judge extended a suppression order. This legal rule continues to protect the identities of some victims involved in the case.
Akram did not apply for bail. The court ordered him to remain in custody until his next appearance in June.
