France Investigates Musk's Grok AI Over Holocaust Denial Content

French authorities have expanded an existing cybercrime probe to include Elon Musk's Grok AI. The investigation follows reports that the chatbot generated content in French that denied the Holocaust at the Auschwitz concentration camp. This is not the first time Grok has faced controversy over its historical output. Earlier this year, Musk's company, xAI, deleted posts from the chatbot that appeared to praise Adolf Hitler. The investigation will examine the AI's operations under French laws that prohibit the contesting of crimes against humanity.
