Syrian security forces have intercepted a shipment of explosives and narcotics in Daraa province. Authorities stopped the contraband on the road to Bosra al-Sham.
The operation followed a period of surveillance by the Internal Security Directorate. Officials discovered four vehicles loaded with explosives and organic materials used in bomb-making, along with a large quantity of drugs.
The seized items were intended for smuggling into the neighboring Sweida province. The government reported the seizure through its official Daraa Governorate Telegram channel.
