NTSB Report Reveals Final Moments of UPS Cargo Plane Before Crash

Newly released photographs show the UPS cargo jet that crashed this month in Louisville, Kentucky, just moments before impact. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) included these images in its preliminary report on the accident.
The incident resulted in the deaths of the two crew members on board. The aircraft was attempting to return to Louisville International Airport.
Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the crash. The NTSB's full investigation is expected to take several more months to complete.
