An Indiana judge overseeing the trial of a motorcycle gang member was shot at his home this week. Police have arrested five suspects in connection with the attack. Judge Steven Meyer of Tippecanoe County and his wife were injured in the shooting at their Lafayette residence. Authorities allege the suspects are connected to an outlaw motorcycle gang. A "high-ranking" member of that same gang is currently facing trial in Judge Meyer's courtroom. The investigation is ongoing, and officials have not yet confirmed if the shooting was directly linked to the court case. All five arrested individuals now face charges of attempted murder. Judge Meyer and his wife are expected to recover from their injuries.
