A commuter train collided with a construction crane in southeastern Spain on Thursday, injuring four people. One person was seriously hurt, according to state broadcaster TVE.
The accident happened in the city of Cartagena. It is the fourth significant rail incident in Spain in just one week.
On Sunday, a high-speed train collision in Andalusia killed at least 43 people. Another accident in Catalonia on Tuesday resulted in the death of a train driver.
Rail operator Adif is investigating the latest crash. The series of accidents has raised public concern about rail safety across the country.
