French dairy giant Lactalis has recalled its baby formula from stores across 18 countries. The company took action after discovering that some batches may contain a dangerous toxin.
This marks the third major baby milk recall this year. Two other global dairy leaders, Nestlé and Danone, have also pulled products due to contamination concerns. The repeated incidents highlight ongoing safety challenges in the industry.
Authorities advise parents to check product batch numbers immediately. They warn not to use any formula listed in the Lactalis recall notice.
