A Texas man now faces charges for the death of actor and voice artist Jonathan Joss. Authorities arrested 37-year-old Monty Banks in connection with the fatal incident.
Joss, 65, was best known for providing the voice of John Redcorn on the long-running animated series "King of the Hill." His career also included roles in films such as "Parks and Recreation."
The Travis County Sheriff's Office has indicted Banks on a charge of murder. Officials have not yet determined if they will prosecute the case as a hate crime.
The investigation into the killing remains active.
