Police in Ukraine's Kherson region accuse Russian forces of using a drone to scatter mines on the grounds of a hospital.
Authorities released video they say shows the munitions being dropped from an unmanned aerial vehicle. The targeted hospital is in the liberated, right-bank part of the region, which remains under daily shelling.
The police stated the act is a violation of international humanitarian law. They have urged all residents to avoid unmarked paths and fields until safety inspections are complete.
Demining teams have been dispatched to the area to locate and neutralize the explosives.
