Trump Threatens Military Deployment to Minneapolis Over Protests

U.S. military troops are now on standby. This follows another threat from President Donald Trump. The President said he may invoke the Insurrection Act. This old law allows the use of federal troops for law enforcement inside the United States. The possible deployment is a response to ongoing protests in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
