Terrorist Attacks Displace 1,600 in Northern Mozambique

Nearly 1,600 people have fled their homes in northern Mozambique following a series of terrorist attacks. The violence occurred in the Muidumbe district of Cabo Delgado province. According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the attacks forced residents to leave over the past few days. The IOM attributes the violence to Islamist terrorist groups.
