Crystal Palace will not fire manager Oliver Glasner, despite his public criticism of the club's board.
Chairman Steve Parish held talks with Glasner on Sunday. This followed the manager's extraordinary outburst after a 2-1 defeat to Sunderland.
Glasner accused the board of "abandoning" the team by selling captain Marc Guéhi to Manchester City just one day before the match. He also admitted he does not care if he sees out his contract, having already confirmed he will leave at the season's end.
The comments dismayed Parish, who considered dismissing the Austrian. However, the club has now decided against immediate action.
Glasner led Crystal Palace to their first major trophy, the FA Cup, just eight months ago.
