Sweden Summons Amazon Over Alleged Sale of Childlike Sex Dolls
The Swedish government has called Amazon to a meeting following a police report from a children's rights organization. The group, ChildX, accuses the online retailer of selling childlike sex dolls, which may violate laws against child sexual exploitation.
On Monday, ChildX filed the formal report against Amazon. The organization claims the company's platform offered these controversial products for sale.
Amazon has confirmed it will attend the meeting with Swedish officials. The company stated it has already removed the products that were flagged in the report.
