U.S. authorities have seized another oil tanker linked to Venezuela. The vessel, named the *Olina*, is now in U.S. custody.
Officials state the ship was taken because it is on several countries' sanctions lists. They also suspect it was carrying embargoed oil from Venezuela.
This is the fifth tanker the United States has captured in its campaign to enforce sanctions on Venezuela's oil sector. The action is part of broader economic pressure on the government of President Nicolás Maduro.
The U.S. has not disclosed where or when the seizure occurred. The ultimate destination of the ship and its cargo remains unclear.
