Federal officers blocked emergency medical responders from reaching a woman fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent, witnesses say. The shooting occurred Wednesday in Minneapolis. Renee Nicole Good was shot by an ICE agent and later died. Witness Emily Heller recorded the scene. She said agents used their vehicles to block the road and stopped people from approaching Good's car. Heller's video shows a man identifying himself as a doctor. He asked to check for a pulse but was turned away. Bystanders reported hearing officers say, "We have our own medics." The incident is under investigation. ICE has not publicly commented on the witnesses' accounts.
