U.S. to Free Russians from Seized Oil Tanker

The United States will release two Russian crew members from an oil tanker seized off the coast of Texas last month. Russia's Foreign Ministry announced the move on Wednesday. The seizure was part of international sanctions against Venezuela's oil trade. The two Russian nationals were among the ship's crew.
