Israeli attacks in Gaza on Thursday killed at least 13 people, including five children, according to the territory's civil defence agency. The strikes raise the total number of Palestinians killed by Israel to 425 since a ceasefire began in October.
Agency spokesperson Mahmud Bassal told AFP that four people, three of them children, died when a drone hit a tent for displaced people in southern Gaza.
The ceasefire had largely stopped the fighting. Thursday's violence represents a serious breach of that truce.
