A flock of about 50 sheep broke away from their handlers and charged into a discount supermarket in Burgsinn, Germany, on Monday.
The animals entered a Penny store during a routine seasonal migration. They wandered the aisles, startling and amusing shoppers.
The sheep focused their attention on the drinks section. They caused a trail of spilled goods and minor damage.
After roughly 20 minutes, shepherds coaxed the entire group of ewes and lambs back outside. The store returned to normal operations following the brief, woolly invasion.
