A New York judge has scheduled a third trial for Harvey Weinstein on the same rape charge. The disgraced film producer faces allegations from an aspiring actress who says he attacked her in 2013.
Weinstein's previous conviction for this charge was overturned on appeal. Prosecutors are pursuing a retrial.
During a recent court hearing, Weinstein expressed despair. He said he felt the ongoing legal process was like "a slow march to my death."
Weinstein remains in prison. He is serving a 23-year sentence for separate rape and sexual assault convictions in California.
The new trial date is set for after the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
