One of 25 students abducted from their school in northwestern Nigeria has safely returned home. The girl escaped from her captors after gunmen seized the group from a dormitory in Kebbi state.
Authorities continue their search for the remaining 24 girls. The mass abduction is the latest in a series of similar school kidnappings for ransom in the region.
Local officials have not yet released further details about the ongoing operation.
