The Baltimore Ravens have fired head coach John Harbaugh, ending his 18-year tenure with the team.
The decision comes after the Ravens failed to win the AFC North division title this season. Harbaugh was one of the longest-tenured coaches in the National Football League (NFL).
During his time in Baltimore, Harbaugh led the team to a Super Bowl victory in 2013. He also guided them to multiple playoff appearances.
The Ravens organization has not yet announced who will replace him. The search for a new head coach will begin immediately.
