France, UK Offer Troops to Ukraine in Proposed Peace Deal

France and the United Kingdom have formally offered to send military personnel to Ukraine. The troops would deploy as part of a proposed international peacekeeping force. The offer was made during a summit in Paris focused on European security. The proposed force is designed to act as a "deterrence" against future Russian aggression.
