A new glass walkway on Hong Kong's waterfront attracted tens of thousands of visitors in its first week, with daily crowds peaking at 16,000 people.
The observatory deck is made of glass panels. It allows visitors to look directly down at the harbor waters below their feet.
It forms part of the final 1.1-kilometer section of the East Coast Boardwalk in the North Point district. This section opened on December 29.
Its opening marks the completion of the full 13-kilometer seaside promenade. The entire project required 16 years of planning and construction.
