Three rockets hit the Syrian capital, Damascus, on Saturday evening. The attack caused material damage but no injuries, according to a statement from the Damascus Media Directorate.
The rockets struck the Mezzeh area. One hit the dome of the al-Mohammadi Mosque. A second damaged a telecommunications building. A third landed near Mezzeh Airport.
The identity of the attackers remains unknown. Authorities have not yet provided a motive for the assault.
