The driver of a vehicle carrying former heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua has been charged following a fatal crash in Nigeria. Joshua was a passenger in the Monday incident but was not injured.
The crash, however, resulted in the deaths of two members of the boxer's team. Local police confirmed the driver is now in custody and will face legal proceedings.
Joshua was in his home country for a personal visit. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the cause of the collision.
